Join me to learn to walk more comfortably and sit more effectively to reduce pain and discomfort. These gentle, easy lessons guide you towards better alignment, flexibility and efficient movement.

These group lessons are gentle, verbally guided sequences of movements for increasing comfort, flexibility, ease and embodied awareness.

Cotati: Tuesday mornings  9:30-10:30 AM. On-going, at Songbird Community Healing Center; 8297 Old Redwood Hwy. Drop-ins always welcome.

Sebastopol: Saturday mornings  10:00-11:00 AM, on-going at Gravenstein Station (Coffee Catz) 6741 Sebastopol Ave, Suite 210. Follow signs to KinAethetics; 2nd door from left, go up the stairs. (Donna Hoover and I alternate teaching these Sebastopol classes). Drop-ins always welcome.

Do you pee when you sneeze, cough or get up from a chair? Do you sometimes have to go, right now? You are not alone! Come learn about urinary incontinence and ways to improve bladder performance. These simple movement exercises develop awareness and strength in a safe, comfortable environment. They improve the function of your pelvic floor muscles, which helps with all types of continence, sexual health, balance and back pain. This series is for women only.
