Pelvic Health Courses

Pelvic Health Series

Do you pee when you sneeze, cough or get up from a chair? Do you sometimes have to go, right now? You are not alone! Come learn about urinary incontinence and ways to improve bladder performance. These simple movement exercises develop awareness and strength in a safe, comfortable environment. They improve the function of your pelvic floor muscles, which helps with all types of continence, sexual health, balance and back pain. This series is for women and men. Up and Down With Ease

One of the most important things is to be able to get up and down both from a chair and also the floor. It may be simply that you’d like to lie on the floor once in a while or to know you can get up from a fall. Or, you’d like to get up and down from a chair without back pain.
