Do you pee when you sneeze, cough or get up from a chair? Do you sometimes have to go, right now? You are not alone! Come learn about urinary incontinence and ways to improve bladder performance. These simple movement exercises develop awareness and strength in a safe, comfortable environment. They improve the function of your pelvic floor muscles, which helps with all types of continence, sexual health, balance and back pain. This series is for women only.
