Pelvic Health Courses

Pelvic Health Level 1

Do you pee when you sneeze, cough or get up from a chair? Do you sometimes have to go, right now? You are not alone! Come learn about urinary incontinence and ways to improve bladder performance. These simple movement exercises develop awareness and strength in a safe, comfortable environment. They improve the function of your pelvic floor muscles, which helps with all types of continence, sexual health, balance and back pain. This series is for women only. When: Two Monday evenings on Zoom: March 21st & March 28th 5:30-6:30pm PST

$75: Register and pay after March 14th

Pelvic Health Level 2

Expand your knowledge in sitting and standing with the slow sneeze.
Prerequisite: Pelvic Health 1

When: On Zoom: Monday April 18th 5:30-6:30 PST

$40: Register and pay after April 11th

Chair Courses

Back to your Chair – a course in your chair – gently explores improving your comfort primarily in sitting, but also will improve standing and walking.
