Posture – Finding Easy Uprightness

We all have habits in sitting and walking that affect our posture. Come learn gentle, healing exercises to improve the awareness, strength and flexibility essential for a comfortable, upright back. Classes are done in sitting, walking and lying on the floor. Wear comfortable layers of clothing.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $10 through Oct. 31, 2015. No refunds on or after Nov 1, 2015. You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost.
